We accept all major credit and debit card payments, cash, private health insurances and so on.
In addition, we will ensure a smooth claiming process if your services are externally or government funded (eg. HCP, NDIS, DVA, EPC, worker’s compensation). All you need to do is to enjoy the services and we will take care of all the hassles.
Funding types
NDIS
Familia Healthcare is a registered provider for the NDIS. There is also a range of equipment and mobility aids funded by that NDIS that we can arrange for you to make your lives easier. If you are eligible for NDIS or have been approved for treatment, please feel free to contact us.
Home Care Packages and Commonwealth Home Support Program
Familia Healthcare works closely with a range of Case Managers and Home Care Package Coordinators to deliver high-quality Allied Health services within the community. We work with community package providers and their clients to design treatment goals within an achievable frequency and duration.
Self-funded
Our services can be paid privately with Rebates Available for clients who are appropriately covered under private health insurance. Rebates are available, and you may be eligible for up to 50% off each consultation. For more information on rebates specific to your situation, please contact your private health insurer.
CDM
We accept Chronic Disease Management plans under Medicare. Our clients are required to pay for the consultation in full and claim the Medicare rebate (if eligible).
Workers Compensation
As SIRA accredited provider, we work closely with injured workers and aim fast track the recovery and return to work post work-related injury. Once you have your claim approval, please contact our friendly staffs for appointment.
